In the last video, we pressed pause and reminded you: you’re not starting over, you’re stepping into your next chapter.

This video builds on that. Before you update your CV or message recruiters, take a moment and ask yourself one question most people skip:
Why now?

That question is where clarity begins. And clarity (not activity) is what separates a reactive job search from a purposeful one.

Here, you’ll work through a simple but powerful framework: The 4 P’s.

• People: Who are the leaders, mentors, and cultures that elevate you? Who do you do your best work with?
• Problems: What challenges do you love solving?
• Purpose: What drives you and feels meaningful?
• Progression: How do you want to grow next?

These four lenses help you step back from job titles and tune into what truly fits: the leaders, challenges, and environments that bring you alive. When you skip this stage, you risk landing somewhere that looks right on paper but feels wrong in reality. 

Practical Tip:
Take five minutes and jot down a few words under each of the 4 P’s. Don’t aim for perfect answers, just be honest. You’ll be surprised how quickly clarity starts to form.
