Hi, I'm Steven, the founder of xceltium.

I founded xceltium because of a burning desire to serve others across the technology landscape in Australia. I'm obsessed with delivering strategic recruitment solutions that elevate companies and bring real impact.

What I’ve found is that the journey to transformational success is long and arduous and many technology executives fail.

The pressure is great, and the stakes are high.

The technology you invest in doesn't win you the race; it's the people you employ to power it who do.

And that's where I come in.

I deliver a premium service to accelerate your transformation, drive business impact and value, and help you fulfil your vision. If you win, we win.

Four years ago, I decided it was time to venture into the unknown and form a CIO community. I wanted to create a place where technology executives could help each other and feel safe, grow, network and thrive. I wholeheartedly believe if you're the best version of you, then your teams will be too.

Fast-forward to present day and over four hundred IT executives have immersed themselves in our community. Some days it feels like they're running the community for me. And that brings me great joy.

If you want to know what makes me tick outside of work: parenting to my three young kids, family life, the Manly Sea Eagles, golf and personal growth are my favourite conversation starters.
